Welcome
Cherokee Point is a 114 acre gated community. Less than a mile from the northward course of the old Cherokee Trace, a wooded peninsula projects itself into the waters of Lake Bob Sandlin. Here, beneath sheltering groves of pine and hardwood, in an area touched by gentle breezes and glorified by magnificent sunsets, a special type of living environment has been created.

The property owners in the neighborhood are members of Cherokee Point Owners Association (CPOA). CPOA Covenants and By-Laws of the Association are policy for all members. Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.
